In ninety minutes, you will build a shopping strategy that spreads the buying across the year instead of cramming it into three weeks, set a budget you can actually hold and a system to track it by person, item, and dollar, and pick a yearly gift theme that ends the what-do-I-get-them spiral.

I wrote this as a single mother who spent years crying over the holidays and stressing out her kids about money. Everything in it is what got me out.
