All products sold through Journey Life Balance are digital downloads. Because these files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued.

If something goes wrong

If your download link does not work, if you receive the wrong file, or if the file will not open, contact me and I will make it right. Email jennifer@journeylifebalance.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. I respond within two business days.

Print editions purchased through Amazon or other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy, not this one.

Workshops and programs

Workshop and program registrations are handled separately. Cancellation terms are stated at the time of registration.
