About the event

During this hour-and-a-half class, we will do the following:

  • Understand some of the fears you have and where they are coming from
  • Discover ways to manage your thoughts by creating a daily mindfulness practice
  • Learn how to work with your fears
  • Identify ways to break the cycle of mind chatter and racing
  • Learn ways to work on your fears to live out dreams and goals

You will leave with new and profound insights into how you get in your own way and tools you can implement now to take your life to a new level.

Cost: $20 plus $.50 for a processing fee = $20.50
