You Are Not Lost. You Are Stuck. Those Are Different Problems.

Lost means you do not know where you are going. Stuck means you know, and something is holding you in place. This class is for the second one.

Getting Unstuck: Two Tools to Move From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be

Two Tools. One Sitting. Real Output.

The Wheel of Life

Meet Your Future Self

You will rate eight areas of your life on a scale of zero to ten. Health. Living space. Family. Finances. Career. Spirituality. Recreation. Romance.

Then you will connect the dots and see the shape of it.

Most people already suspect which area is dragging. Very few have ever seen it drawn.

By the end of this section you will have picked one area and written a specific intention statement for it, in a structure that has worked for tens of thousands of people over four decades.

When we are at a crossroads, most of us take a poll. We ask our sister, our partner, our best friend. We collect twenty opinions and end up more confused than when we started.

This is a four-minute guided meditation that puts you in a room with the version of you who has already lived through this. She has a name. She has something to give you. Most people are surprised by what comes.

If you have never done anything like this before, that is fine. It works anyway.

You Will Recognize Yourself Here or You Will Not

This class is for you if you are:

  • A parent who has given everything and cannot locate yourself in the wreckage

  • A caregiver who has been managing someone else's life so long you forgot you had one

  • Someone whose life looks correct on paper and feels hollow in practice

  • A college student who did everything right and still feels behind

  • Anyone who used to trust their own gut and does not anymore

This class is not for you if you are in acute crisis. That is not a judgment, it is a referral. If that is where you are, you need clinical care, not a free class, and I will tell you that honestly.
