At Journey Life Balance, therapy is about more than talking — it’s about learning how to feel grounded and confident in your daily life. I specialize in working with teens and college students who are smart, driven, and sometimes a little too hard on themselves. Together, we’ll build tools that help you move through anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt with more ease and self-compassion.
